The Solution
I conducted a thorough accessibility assessment of the course, pinpointing crucial areas for improvement and streamlining.
By implementing enhancements such as keyboard navigation, alternative text for images, and transcripts for audio and video content, I ensured that the course was fully accessible to learners.
The Results
The completion rate soared to 95% across all learners, demonstrating the effectiveness of the inclusive design. Additionally, knowledge retention improved, enabling learners to apply the acquired skills and knowledge in their roles more effectively.
